1. It is your responsibility to come to the church office to pick up and return any keys necessary to enter the facility and classrooms, if applicable.
2. Each user group is responsible for the basic set-up and clean-up of thier scheduled event. Based on the date, time and size of your event a $200 cleaning fee may be charged. You will be notified if this will be applicable to you at the time of approval for your event.
3. Depending on your event time you will be responsible for verifying that the building is securely locked before leaving, verify the rooms used for your event, and all classrooms and exit doors on both floors are locked.
