Payment is due upon registration. The tuition will be paid via credit card or Paypal upon completion of this form. Note: you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay via credit card. Tuition is subject to change at anytime prior to a paid reservation. Dates are subject to change.
This registration is binding. Seating may be limited so participation is on a "first come – first serve" basis. You will receive confirmation of your registration via email. We may cancel the program due to lack of participation at least 30 days prior to the start date in which case you will receive a notification in writing and a refund for already paid tuition. We recommend making your travel arrangements only after you receive a final confirmation.
YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: A 50% refund will be provided for registrations cancelled at least 30 days in advance of the program you are attending. No refunds will be permitted for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the program or for "no-shows". However, we do allow substitutions with written notice up to 5 business days prior to event. All requests for substitution or cancellation must be made in writing.
