Return / Exchange / Replacement Policy

Returns on items can be made only within 14 days of shipment for refund, no exceptions. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must not have been worn or used.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or a different item simply return the item(s) for a full refund less the shipping charge then place a new order for the replacement item. In the event a customer receives the wrong or defective merchandise a replacement will be issued to the customer at no cost. The original item(s) must be returned to us before we give the refund.
