Preparation Assistant: This is a critical part in exhibit set up! Cleaning the building and getting it ready for participants and spectators (Aug 6: 9am-5pm, Aug 7: 8am-5pm, Aug 8: 8am-6pm)
Computer Assistant: Minor data entry and clerical help for the 4-H Building Office (Aug 7-12: 8am-5pm)
Exhibit Distribution: Help as exhibits come in, aid in locating their proper display areas (Aug 7-8: 8am-5pm)
Awardrobe: Assist in the line-up for the show as well as the evening runway show, show enthusiasm to keep the participants and audiences engaged (Aug 9: 8am-6pm)
Bratney Robotics Challenge: Assist with record keeping and announcements, as well as set up and tear down(Aug 12-13: 7am-1pm)
Educational Presentations: Help prepare presenters and provide introductions for yourself and the speakers; help keep stage and presentation area neat (Aug 9-18: 7:45am-5pm)
Share-the-Fun: If you assist with this event please make sure you are either comfortable to emcee or run the sound system, be able to check in individuals and maintain a tidy stage. Also help distribute participation ribbons! (Aug 9-18: 10:30am-12:30am & 3:30-7:00pm)
Extemporaneous Speaking: Assist judges with preparation and delivery of certificates, help presenters with their matierals and microphones and help keep the stage clean and clear for each presenter (Aug 14 & 16: 8am-5pm, Aug 19: 8am-2pm)
Working Exhibits: Working with the communications assistant to monitor time, help with check in and preparation, aid the judges with certificates and presentation. This position is also in charge of changing the country sign for each presentation and also, introducting the presenters (Aug 9-18: 7:45am-4:30pm)
Information Booth: You are the distributing source of information for the general public! Be ready to direct visitors and answer questions. Feel comfortable to discuss personal stories from 4-H and promote the program including distributing promotional materials (Aug 9-19: 8:45am-8pm)
Department Assistance: Many visitors want to view a specific display so you're job will be to help them located their desired display with ease! Please greet visitors and help keep the display areas neat, and do your best to answer questions for the visitors (Aug 9-19: 8am-5pm)
Hall of Fame Help: General set up tasks, including preparing seating- this may include duties as an emcee or other important tasks (Aug 19: 12:30-5pm)
Check out and Clean up: The fair is coming to a close, which means exhibits need to be removed and the display areas need cleaning. Please be prepared to help participants move their displays out of the building and help return the building to its original form (Aug 19: 6-9pm, Aug 20: 8am-12pm)

Global Citizenship Day: Assist with display set up, service activity & general event assistance (August 16th, 8am-4pm)
Healthy Living Day: Help with activities that support and promote our message, help with set up and coordination (August 11, 8am-4pm)
