Exhibit Assistant: Assist with entering, judging and displaying of exhibits during prepartion days (8 am-5pm, August 8-10)
Exhibit Distribution: Prepare and set-up building displays during department check in (8 am- 5pm, August 8-10)
Communications Assistant: Assist participants in communication events: Educational Presentations, Working Exhibits, and Share-the- Fun (7:30am-5pm,August 11-21)
Day Exhibit Host: Supervise exhibit area, answer questions, or complete tasks/activities as assigned (8:30am-5pm, August 11-21)
Evening Exhibit Host: Supervise exhibit area, answer questions, or complete tasks/activities as assigned (4:45PM-9pm, August 11-21)
Check- In Assistant: Assist with entry and check in of exhibits from counties (August 12, 8 am-5 pm)
Check-Out Assistant: Assist with exhibits exiting the building with counties (August 21, 6-9 pm/ August 22, 8am- 12noon)
Hands on Activitities Assistant: Half day option available. Assist with daily hands on learning. Topics will vary by the day (August 11-20, 8:30 am- 4:30 pm)
4-H Office Assistant: Assist with daily clercical in the 4-H Building Office. May inclide minor data entry, answering the telephone, answering questions from the public. (August 8-21 8 am-5pm)
Ag Commodity Carnival Assistant: Half day option available. Assist with Ag Commodity Carnival (August 12-20, 8:30 am-6:30 pm)

Description of Special Events:
Awardrobe Clothing Event: Individuals must be energetic, organized, and dependable to assist in the event! Volunteers will need to narrate the event, as well as complete other tasks. Those assiting with both days will be provided a hotel room in the Memorial Union. (August 11th-12th, 8am-6pm. Iowa State University Memorial Union)
Robotics Challenge: Record scores, set-up/tear-down, announce results and assist as needed (August 14th and 15th, 7am-1pm)
Hall of Fame: Announce recipients, set-up/tear-down, check-in and other tasks as needed (August 21, 1:30-5pm)
