The 100 Project Application Agreement
I am submitting this Application for consideration and matching to a 100 Project Success Team. I understand that I will pay a $150 Application and Administration Fee today when I submit this Application.
I understand that upon membership approval and team matching I will receive a payment request for my 6-month Membership Fee of $600.00 (One Time Payment) or $700 (2 Payments of $350 - 1st Payment upon Acceptance 2nd Payment 30 Days Later) and that my Membership Fee is due and payable within 2 business days. If I fail to remit my Membership Fee within that time, I will forfeit my spot on my team and my Application Fee.
I also undertand that when I submit this Application I am agreeing to fully commit to participating as described below. I understand that my full commitment is critical to my success and to that of my team members.
If our Matching Committee is unable to match you successfully, you will immediately receive a full refund of your $150.00 Application Fee.
I understand that by submitting my Application I am agreeing to attend (and):
- 2 Success Team Meetings Per Month
- 2 Accountability Partner Calls Per Month
- Weekly Planning and Achievement Review (PAR)
- Reach out to a 100 Project Business Coach if I get stuck
