• Date: Saturday and Sunday, March 1 and 2, 2014   Location:  Nazarene Bible College, 1111 Academy Park Loop, Colorado Springs, CO 80910 and Graner Recital Hall, 4460 Barnes Road, Colorado Springs, 80917.  

    1. Teachers must submit entries ONLINE with this form no later than 7pm February 1st, 2014.  Mailed entry forms WILL NOT be accepted.

    2. Entry fee is $20 per student whether solo or ensemble entrants. Entry fees (one check made payable to PPMTA) ALONG WITH SIGNED AGREEMENT FORM ON WEB PAGE ABOVE must be mailed and received by the Chairperson no later than 7 PM February 1st, 2014. Entries will be honored ONLY when the check and signed agreement form as well as the online form have been received before the deadline.  No late entries will be accepted.

    Teachers will receive their student schedues, work assignments, as well as Notification of Winners by email.

  • A single check covering your students' entry fees payable to PPMTA must be received by Barb Taylor by 7pm on February 1, 2014.  No late entries or refunds.  Postmark dates are not considered. Online entries are due at the same deadline.
