Note: Cancellations/Substitutions - Courses are scheduled subject to a minimum enrollment. If enrollment for a particular course does not meet the minimum, that course is cancelled or rescheduled. If Lighthouse Readiness Group must cancel a course for any reason, Lighthouse Readiness Group's liability is limited to the paid registration fee. Lighthouse Readiness Group is not liable for any travel or lodging expenses. Lighthouse Readiness Group makes every effort to notify registered participants as soon as possible if courses are cancelled.
Registration applies only to the individual named on the registration form. If there needs to be a substitution of another individual from the same company, Lighthouse Readiness Group must be contacted prior to the first day of the course.
The registrant may cancel up to two weeks before the first day of the course and Lighthouse Readiness Group will refund your registration fee minus a $100 USD service fee. No refunds will be made if attendance is cancelled less than two weeks prior to the first day of the course.
If the course is cancelled or an individual registration is cancelled, the registration fee may be applied to a future or different course by contacting Lighthouse Readiness Group about these changes prior to the first day of the scheduled course. Any price differences will be subject to additional billing or refunded (minus a $100 processing fee). Rescheduling must occur within 12 months of the originally scheduled course and no more than two course transfers are permitted. If you exceed the allotted time for rescheduling or limit of two course transfers, no refunds will be made and your registration fee will be forfeited to Lighthouse Readiness Group.
