To be eligible for the R.E.H.S. of the Year Award, a nominee must:

1. Be a member in good standing of the NJ Environmental Health Association; and

2. Be actively engaged in the field of public health; and

3. Made major impact within the previous year in the field of public and environmental health by the development of a special program, educational activities, involvement in the legislative process, or any special achievement which enhances the delivery of public and environmental health services; and

4. Be nominated by a NJ licensed Registered Environmental Health Specialist.
