Coordinates and manages all Leesburg Job Connection Center activities, supervision and evaluation of Job Center staff and volunteers, markets Job Center to referral sources. Must have at least two (2) years experience providing Social Services, Education, or Employment Services to disadvantaged populations. Must have at least two (2) years supervisory experience. Must be experienced and effective in marketing services. Experience with Social Services and Businesses in the Leesburg/Lake County area needed. Teaching experience is helpful. Excellent organizational skills, effective writing skills, and excellent verbal communication skills required. Must have good math skills for computations, excellent interpersonal skills and good judgement for use in coordinating with others. Must have excellent presentation skills and marketing skills. Ability to work well with multiple populations with special needs required. Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services, Human Services, Education, or Business. The starting salary is 36,125.00 on an annual basis; wages are paid during a time of employment and are allocated on a bi-weekly basis.
