Financial Topics
Parkway Montessori provides a year-round educational program. Our annual expenses are divided evenly into twelve months of tuition, which are constant even on months with many holidays. Regardless of when a child begins, enrollment requires a nonrefundable deposit equal to two months’ tuition, which will be applied to the first and last months of attendance.
Please acknowledge ALL of the following:

(1/4) The school may collect all payments via ACH withdrawal each month.
(2/4) I will notify the school prior to my child’s last FULL MONTH of attendance in order to use up the last month’s deposit, which will be forfeited if I elect not to provide advance notice, or if my child attends for less than 2 months.
(3/4) If I choose to suspend my child’s enrollment (without tuition payments) for more than 2 weeks, the spot may be filled by someone on the waiting list.
(4/4) I will find alternative care for my child during scheduled or emergency school closings. I am aware that there are not refunds or makeup days for these.

To maximize the opportunity for my child to settle in to a new routine and environment, and to minimize the amount of transitional stress, I will keep my child enrolled at the same schedule throughout this first summer.

The school has the right to terminate enrollment if a child demonstrates an inability to benefit from the care offered, if his presence is detrimental to other children, if tuition is not paid in a timely fashion, if there are disciplinary problems that cannot be resolved, or if a parent does not use respect in interactions with staff or other parents or children, or if parents demonstrate an unwillingness to work collaboratively for the child’s growth. Parents must attend required parent education evenings in order to maintain enrollment.

Let's set a date for your Orientation/Observation!
This cozy conversation with the director allows parents and staff to begin building a team rapport, to discuss what to expect at each stage of development, and how that impacts the way we respond to the children in terms of academics and character building. We’ll review the routines, and you can address any questions you may have. Coffee is available! Following the meeting, you’ll observe inside the classroom!

If you have this availability, you’ll be able to complete both the orientation and observation in one day. If this is not possible, select a time between 9am and 6pm for your orientation, and the observation will be scheduled at a later date.
