To: Rochford District Council/Southend Borough Council I write to Officially Complain about the extraordinary complexity of the JAAP process. The on-line form is far too complex for me and suspect most members of the public and has deterred me from participating in the consultation. The on-line form is far from clear and the description of the meaning of some of the boxes uses confusing language. The JAAP consultation has failed to use plain English and it's poor design has left me feeling excluded from the process.

To Secretary of State
To: Secretary of State, I wished to contribute and have my views included about the area I live in (the very reason for the consultation). I now feel alienated because of my lack understanding of wording and terminology used and therefore have been unable to contribute to the consultation that affects the area I live within and because of this I request a public inquiry .
