Thank you for submitting your monthly Park Ambassador inspection report. These reports assist Department staff in identifying areas of concern. Please give special attention to park safety and amenities in need of repair, and be precise in describing concerns and their locations.
A few tips on submitting your report:
- If you have more than one report to submit, you can compile them into one observation report and list all of the dates of the inspections under "Dates of Inspection."
- More detailed information can be placed in the "Comment" box (e.g. The second parking lot light is burned out).
- By pinpointing exact locations, Operation staff are able to locate and address items indicated in your report in a more efficient manner.
- Each item identified on your report will receive a priority code and high priority items will be completed first.
