Heart Ready™ Workplace Submission Detail
The American Heart Association’s Heart Ready Workplace program is a free, self-reporting, voluntary program designed to recognize organizations for their efforts to create workplaces that are prepared for cardiovascular emergencies and stroke.
There are three levels of recognition: Bronze, Gold and Platinum.
Application is a simple self-assessment of your organization’s level of preparedness. There are two sections to the application. Check each statement that applies to your workplace. Calculation is fast and easy. You will be notified immediately of the level of recognition your company has achieved.
You will also be contacted by an AHA representative to congratulate you on your accomplishment and to answer any questions you may have.
