The undersigned Applicant makes the following representatives and agreements on oath with the express understanding that they will be relied upon by EarthCraft in considering this application for membership in the Program:

The applicant represents that all of the information contained in the application is true and complete.

The applicant agrees to strictly and completely abide by and be bound by each provision of the Policies and Procedures, as they now exist or may hereafter be amended by EarthCraft.

The applicant agrees to comply with and be bound by each of the criterion for membership as an EarthCraft Technical Advisor set forth in the Policies and Procedures, including, but not limited to, these relating to: compliance with EarthCraft inspection standards and project administration; compliance with informational and marketing rules; and indemnification.

The applicant understands that he/she does not become an EarthCraft Technical Advisor simply by submitting this application. The applicant further understands that he/she must be a certified Home Energy Rater, may be interviewed by the EarthCraft Program Manager, must attend an EarthCraft House Builder training session and pass the EarthCraft Builder exam, and must complete the EarthCraft Technical Advisor Training Modules and pass the related quizzes to meet all prerequisites as outlined in the EarthCraft Manual before the applicant will receive the qualification of an EarthCraft Technical Advisor. Prior to receiving EarthCraft Technical Advisor certification, the applicant agrees that he/she will not represent himself/herself as being an EarthCraft Technical Advisor or otherwise make use of the Mark or Slogan.
