This survey will be used to compile the National Veteran-Owned Business Association's

2013 list of Best Corporations for Veteran-Owned Businesses.

The list will be announced in the cover story of the April 2013 issue of the association's national magazine Vetrepreneur.

CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENT: The confidentiality and privacy of our survey respondents is important to NaVOBA. NaVOBA ensures that all infromation provided herein will be kept confidential and private and will not be disclosed, divulged, published, or reproduced, either electronically or by other means to any third party, in any way without express written authorization of the company providing such information. Unless otherwise stated, answers to the questions below should refer to your FY 2012, or the most recent fiscal year data available.

Please answer as many questions as possible. Please provide best, conservative estimates where firm data is not available. If figures are estimates please annotate as such. You may leave some answers blank if you must, but please make every effort to provide some form data. In order to participate, we ask that your company generate at least $1 billion in annual revenue.
