TheInterdisciplinary Conference on Global Research and Study Abroad is an academic forum for Tennessee students and faculty who have recently spent time abroad to connect and share their international findings with one another. Students and faculty will present their international endeavors in an academic setting during the morning session of the Conference.

Breakout sessions will be held in the afternoon to address needs that are specific to students recently returned from abroad. These may include sessions on career development to highlight international experiences, workshops on topics such as strategies to re-connect with your local community while maintaining ties to your newly-strengthened international communities. There will also be a resource fair in the afternoon and plenty of opportunity to speak with fellow returnees about your experiences! Coffee and snacks are provided.

A finalized schedule of events will be sent to all who register. Students and faculty who wish to present should know that there is limited space due to time contraints. Applicants will be notified in a timely manner whether or not their proposals have been accepted.
