This is a tool for ELOA District Sales Managers to reassign a sales territory to a customer account. If you are not a District Sales Manager then please contact them to initiate the request through this form.
All requests to update sales territory to the customer account must be completed using this form. Standard turnaround time for the completion of your request should be 24 to 48 hours. To inquire on the status of your request, access the territory reassignment working log by clicking the 'VIEW STATUS OF REASSIGNMENT REQUESTS' button on the main screen.
Any territory reassignment inquiries after the first 48 hours must be entered by clicking the "REPORT A PROBLEM WITH MY REQUEST" button on the main screen.
Inquiries made via general email will not be reviewed.
