The fine print :)

(3) the publication of the work will not violate the rights of any third party.
In order for us to manage the files that will be submitted, we insist that your image MUST be named in the following manner:
Country-FirstName-LastName-1.jpg, (ie. Netherlands-Elis-Vermeulen-1.jpg)
image quality 300dpi max 3Mb
image credits will read as Name, Country (ie. Cynthia Reynolds - Norway )
*On a side note: In past years, we have had a few participants (or non-participants) who were unhappy with the 'Grant of Rights' form required to be filled out in order to submit images. We would like to stress, that the reason for which we have it set up, is simply to ensure that we can include images and the correct credits when we submit photos to media both online and in print. The last thing anyone needs is to get caught up in a third party rights issue for something that ends up in print.
