There are two possible routes you can take when requesting production assistance.
Option One, you can have AOC coordinate a volunteer-only production. With this option, there is no cost for you. Option Two, you can choose one of our Production Packages (usually at a nonprofit rate).

If you chose an AOC Production Package, please choose one of the following options:

Studio Production (3 cameras plus director, $75 per hour)
Field Production (1 camera with operator, $75 per hour. Editing is an additional $50 per hour.)
Field Production (2 cameras with operator, $125 per hour. Editing is an additional $50 per hour.)
Field Production (3 cameras, switcher, director, camera operators, $500 for 4 hours)
Editing only ($50 per hour)
I am not sure which package is best for me. I'd like to discuss it at our pre-production meeting.
After you submit your request, we will schedule a mandatory pre-production meeting with you and your organization.
Please provide us in advance dates and times that would be most convenient for you, and we will use this information as we schedule the meeting.
