TO SUBMIT: Entrants must submit their final and complete Submission Materials of the Recording ("Song") by emailing a link to the song to booking@projectingnothing.com. By submitting you agree to comply with the following:

- 100% of all profits will be donate to the charity of wordpress.acidted.com selection.
- Entrants agree and acknowledge that no compensation will be paid to them for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, submitting or creating the Song.
- Entrants may be required to sign a publishing and distribution contract for transfer of profits to the "Charity", but this is not a 501(c)3 organization and is not tax deducible.
- Entrants may enter as many Songs as they want

- Entrants shall not use any uncleared samples in any manner or for any purpose
- There will only be 10 songs from 10 different artists selected for distribution on the complication.

- The winners will be announced on the ACIDTED and Projecting Nothing website only after winners have been notified.
- No purchase is required. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
- Any fraudulent behavior will result in immediate disqualification and voiding all eligibility of winning any prizes.
- Projecting Nothing and ACIDTED is not responsible for error, omission, deletion, defect, delay in operations transmission, theft of entry materials, or failure of Projecting Nothing and ACIDTED to receive information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any combination thereof.

By entering this Contest, Entrants assign away and transfer (as set forth below) any and all rights in the Songs on a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and royalty-free basis, for any and all purposes including, but not limited to, display, public performance, posting for streaming and/or download, making of derivative works, reproduction, distribution, and all other means of exploitation of the Remixes.
