ELIGIBILITY: The show is open to all art and craft media of original design created by the applicant. Commercially made items are not allowed. We reserve the right to ask artists to remove items that do not adhere to this policy or do not meet Festival standards.

Release and Waiver: For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I agree to release, hold harmless, defend and indemnify Dakota Center for the Arts, the Eagan Art Festival, and the City of Eagan, their directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates, from any and all loss, damage, liability, cost or expense that Dakota Center for the Arts, the Eagan Art Festival, or the City of Eagan may incur or suffer as a result of any claim of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in the Activity. I agree to allow the Dakota Center for the Arts and Eagan Art Festival the right to photograph me and/or my work during the course of the festival, and to use those photographs for promotional purposes at the discretion of Dakota Center for the Arts, the Eagan Art Festival, and the City of Eagan. I hereby represent and warrant that I have read this Release and Waiver Form in its entirety and fully understand its contents. I have signed this Release and Waiver Form voluntarily and of my own free will. I hereby verify that I myself have created all the work on display and that I accept the rules and regulations regarding participation in the Eagan Art Festival.
