IMPORTANT NOTICE

Requests for funding must be for a child or children under 16 years of age, and residing within the BS postcoded areas. Applications by a parent or guardian must be accompanied by a letter from social care practitiioners, medical professionals, family support workers or other professionals supporting your child. Requests submitted without such supporting documentation will not be considered.

Applicants requesting funding should note that all successful applications must be taken up within 3 months of the date agreement is notified, after which time they will lapse and the offer of funding withdrawn.
